Pair of Vintage Baroque Style Cast Bronze Candlesticks with Cherub Figures

About the Item

A pair of vintage Baroque style cast bronze candlesticks from the mid-20th century, with cherubs, tripod bases and lion paw feet. Created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax (à la cire perdue) that allows a great precision and finesse in the details, each of this pair of Baroque style candlesticks attracts our attention with its rich decor. Adorned with acanthus leaves and cherub figures, the candlesticks are resting on scrolling tripod bases with paw feet. An exquisite addition to any home, perhaps anchoring a large sideboard, credenza or enfilade.
